About this Project
ECSL have been engaged by Railway Paths Ltd / Sustrans on a number of schemes relating to Bennerley Viaduct over the years. Bennerley Viaduct is a Grade II* listed structure built in 1877, abandoned in the 1960’s and is now being refurbished and re-opened as a cycle path linking Nottingham and Derby.
ECSL have previously been responsible for the inspection, assessment and asset management consultancy of the structure and have more recently been engaged by Crown Plus to provide design services for the remediation works and new cycle path decking that is to be installed.
